Our MCMS choir is so very grateful for the support we receive from the community, and today, we are especially thankful for Ms. Ann Haines. Thank you, Ms. Haines, for your generous donation toward the continued success of our fine arts students! We appreciate you!

Make sure to complete and submit a reading log to Mrs. Vance by August 14 to earn a sweet reward from Jeremiah's Italian Ice! The deadline is Friday!

Good morning, Monroe County Middle School Community,
As we continue working to make morning and afternoon traffic as smooth and efficient as possible, we want to ask for your help and partnership.
When arriving at or leaving MCMS, we encourage everyone to use both lanes whenever possible. We understand that using the second lane means you will eventually need to merge into one lane as you get closer to the building. However, using both lanes helps us maximize space available and reduce the amount of traffic and congestion on Thornton Road.
We know that traffic can be challenging and that everyone is doing their best to get students to and from school safely and efficiently. Our goal is to make this process as manageable as possible for our entire school community, and we truly need your help and cooperation to make that happen.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support. We also sincerely appreciate everything you have already done to follow our traffic procedures throughout the school year. Your cooperation makes a tremendous difference.
Thank you for partnering with us to keep our students, families, and staff safe while helping traffic flow as smoothly as possible.
Sincerely,
Dr. Chambers
